RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from wHOLISTICVIBE. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 10 days of receipt for a refund, or store credit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping charges, within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Please review our product descriptions carefully, as certain items may be marked as final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
